TERMS OF SERVICE

Gameday Prints Company LLC Effective August 27, 2026

1.WHO WE ARE Gameday Prints Company LLC ("Gameday Prints," "we," "us") is an Arizona limited liability company operating gamedayprints.co. We manufacture custom direct-to-film (DTF) heat transfers to order.

2. AGREEMENT By browsing this site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order. If you are placing an order on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. YOUR ARTWORK AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY This section matters more than any other. Please read it. When you upload artwork to us, you represent and warrant that you own it outright or hold a valid license, permission, or release sufficient to have it reproduced on apparel and other goods, including for resale where that applies. You are solely responsible for the content you submit. We are a printer. We do not and cannot verify the ownership or licensing status of the files we receive, and we rely entirely on your representation that you have the right to use them. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gameday Prints Company LLC and its owners and employees from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from artwork you supplied to us, including claims of copyright, trademark, right of publicity, or other infringement. We may decline any order, at any time, for any reason, and we will refund you in full if we do. In particular, we will decline artwork we believe infringes someone's rights, including but not limited to college and professional sports team marks, entertainment and character properties, and commercial brand logos, unless you can show us a license. You retain all ownership of your artwork. You grant us a limited license to reproduce it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We may retain a copy of your files so that you can reorder without re-uploading; you can ask us to delete them at any time. We will not display your artwork publicly, in marketing, or on social media without your permission.

4. CONTENT WE WILL NOT PRINT We reserve the right to decline any job. We will not knowingly print content that is unlawful, that promotes violence or terrorism, that harasses or targets a private individual, that is sexually explicit involving minors, that infringes third-party intellectual property, or that we reasonably believe is intended to deceive or defraud. Declined orders are refunded in full.

5. PRODUCTS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND COLOR Our transfers are made to order from your files at the dimensions you select. Pricing is calculated by printed area. Screens emit light and fabric does not. Colors on your monitor will not reproduce exactly in print, and the same file will look different on white cotton than on a dark blend. Variation of this kind is inherent to the process and is not a defect. If exact color is critical, order a sample first and we will match to the physical sample.

6. PRESSING, APPLICATION, AND RESULTS We supply transfers. We do not control how, or onto what, they are pressed. We publish recommended time, temperature, and pressure settings and we are glad to advise on any garment. Our reprint guarantee covers transfers pressed according to those published settings. It does not cover results from an uncalibrated or malfunctioning heat press, from pressing onto untested or incompatible substrates, or from washing or care that departs from standard garment care instructions. If you are unsure about a garment, ask us before you run production. We will tell you honestly if we think it will not work.

7. PRICING AND PAYMENT Prices are in US dollars and are shown at checkout. We may change pricing at any time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay for that order. Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Approved wholesale accounts may be offered alternate terms in writing. We make every effort to keep pricing accurate. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund you in full rather than fulfill at the erroneous price. We will contact you before doing so.

8. ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATION Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we begin production. We may decline or cancel any order and refund it in full. You may cancel before production begins. Once your file is on the press, the order cannot be cancelled because materials are consumed and the print cannot be reused. Because we produce the next business day, this window is short.

9. SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND REPRINTS Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns and reprints by our Refund & Reprint Policy. Both are incorporated into these Terms by reference and are available on this site.

10. ACCOUNTS If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

11. OUR CONTENT The Gameday Prints name, logo, site design, photography, and written content are our property or used with permission, and may not be copied or used without our written consent.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by Arizona law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your order or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the order that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost sales, missed events, the cost of blank garments, or costs of substitute goods or services, even if we were advised such damages were possible. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

13. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER Except for the specific commitments in our Refund & Reprint Policy, our products and this site are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pinal or Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to that jurisdiction. Before filing anything, please email us. Nearly every problem we have ever had has been solved with one message.

15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We may update these Terms. The version in effect when you place an order governs that order. The effective date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.
